Peter Ferguson "Streets of Havana"
About The PROBUS Club of Pelham
PROBUS is a local, national and international association of retired and semi-retired professional and business people who come together to enjoy a speaker series and optional interest groups, to meet others in similar circumstances with similar interests, to make new friends and to expand their interests. PROBUS clubs are non-profit and are not involved in fundraising.
You are welcome as a guest at any general meeting of the Club, held on the 4th Thursday of the month. Meetings are held at the Royal Canadian Legion on Hwy 20 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am with coffee and tea served at 9:30 am. Come and listen to a speaker and see if the PROBUS Club of Pelham might be of interest to you.
October Guest Speaker: Peter Ferguson "Streets of Havana"
Peter is currently living in Fonthill with his wife Lynda. He is the Competitions Director and President of the Welland Camera Club and has been an active member there for the past 9 years. He is a former member of the Niagara Falls Nature club and continues to photograph nature subjects whenever he has the opportunity.
Today Peter will share with us images that were taken last Feb on a trip to old Havana with his wife. Instead of the usual subjects of bears and moose, Peter concentrated on the old cars and building of this old world city.
